Just wanted to tell you we thoroughly enjoyed our trip on Holland America line (HAL) from Venice to Rome in June (Jun 17). The MS Oosterdam was fabulous. Everything you did was spot on and terrific. I have mentioned you to a number of Qantas staff and for them to check out our Friday flyer which has your link.

We plan to travel again in 2017 this time to Barcelona so you will be hearing from me again. Thanks Mike it makes things so easy when you have a expert like yourself at the helm. Sincerely appreciate your efforts.

Just returned a few days ago from my Paris & Normandy river cruise. It was fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about AMAWaterways.

Hi Mike,

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful cruise last week. We had great weather, sunshine every day and warm temperatures. The ship was lovely and our cabin was large and our obstructed view was fine, we could see through the lifeboats. So we were pleasantly surprised about that. Everything was great. Our transfers were great and in fact returning home we were on the first bus to La Guardia and were in lots of time for our early flight to Toronto.

All in all it was just wonderful and I wanted to write to let you know and to thank you for all your help with our booking.
